The process usually begins with the promoter supplying a Power of Attorney for the act to get Notarised and Legalised by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Brazilian Consulate and sent to the Promoter in Brazil. The authorisation process can then begin when full personnel listing have been supplied along with copies of passports. (A few promoters are able to bypass this lengthy business)
